How can you download free ringtones on a Nokia,without internet?

Could anyone give me a website that could send me a ring tone through a text,without using internet that is free?

you can do it on your own PC if you want. use ringtone maker or shareware programs which you can download from the web which can clip part of any song that you want to be as your ringer. just transfer it to you phone using cable.
