Is there any website that you can download free ringtones for a cell phone?

I cant find a website that can dowload free ringtones, if there is any.
I don't want websites that involve going to the internet on my phone.
If you are looking for FREE ringtones, yes, I mean ABSOLUTELY FREE, then look no further.
There is a free ringtone service called VENTONES.
Yes, this is legal, since you create the ringtones yourself from your own music (you can also use youtube audio).

I know this may seem too good to be true, but it is really not! Yes, it takes more effort than clicking and typing mindlessly, but it is sooo worth it!
I don't know why anyone would ever purchase ringtones after they knew about this!
And if you don't feel up to making your own ringtones, Ventones legal ringtones that you can download. Ventones purchased the ringtones, and all you have to do to get them is to refer to Ventones somewhere on the internet and send them the link. Just like I am doing right now. Easy as that.

http://www.funformobile.com is the only site I use. Its 100% free and they have literally millions of ringtones, videos, games and wallpapers. I have never had a problem with anything on this web site.

To be honest, even though these people say that these websites are free, using the internet to send data is still using the internet in some way or form. You might not get charged dollars for using it, but 30 cents a song can start to add up after you've gone ringtone CRAZY! lol
my suggestion would be to try one of the site listed. If you are scared to, then Try making your own ringtone at a site called

all you'll have to do is make a free account.
go to online tools.
then click on ringtone maker.
try to make the ringtone under 300kb.
because, rather you knew it or not, some cell phones let you transfer data through your email. And for me, it's free because i have unlimited texting and multi media. So from your email, you can load the song as an attatchment. and then send it straight to your phone.

its definately the best site for ringtone creations. you can use a simple FREE program to make your own ringtones
from mp3 and cd's . i use it all the time.
Its really 100% FREE. Never had any problems.
you can even make free ringtones from any youtube video.
Try it is completely safe.
